Ann Quest began her training in the martial arts at the age of 8 with her father at the Sand Drift Aikido school under Dr. Walker. SHe continued training in the martial arts over the years even after her father stopped attending classes.

After meeting her husband, John Quest, in 1994, she trained briefly in Tang Soo Do. SInce, she has assisted in numerous martial arts seminars and tournaments, taught Woman's Self-Defense and helped her husband open Karate Quest.

Currently, she is teaching the the 3 to 5 year olds in the Leapin' Lizards classes at Karate Quest. Ann Quest is also one of the Reiki Masters of Karate Quest and the primary instructor for the Reiki classes conducted at the school.

She is an avid reader and prefers science fiction and fantasy. Some of her hobbies include writing, drawing, cross-stitching and crochet. She collects dragons and puzzles of all sorts.
