A night either at Karate Quest or "out on the town" for everyone and anyone who falls in the 'teen' (age 13 to 19) category!
You have been asking for it, we have been listening and now here it is! A night just for you ! To hang with your friends in a safe but fun atmosphere!
We are planning to host one Teen Night a month, usually on Friday nights (although occasionally on Saturdays depending on events planned).
The events planned for the evening will vary from Teen Night to Teen Night.
Some Examples are:
- - PG-13 Movie night: An older version of the traditional Movie Nights held at Karate Quest.
- Dance Night: A night filled with music, food and fun either at Karate Quest or at a pre-selected location).
- Party Night:A night similar to Dance Night but with a wilder theme.
- Hit the Town: Where we meet at karate Quest and take a "filed trip' to another location for an event.
The cost of Teen Night will vary depending on events planned but will never go above $20 (and that would be for ticket outings) if we can help it and will generally be between $5 and $10 a night.
January is our first planned Teen Night (Jan. 16) and we are looking for suggestions on the first event planned. Anyone with any suggestions are to give them to Ann Quest before Jan. 7 (Wednesday) or we will plan the event ourselves.
Please be sure to invite your friends at Teen Night. it is a great way to get them involved in a healthy environment while introducing them to your martial arts family at the same time! Remember, the more people, the better the events will be!
