Ryukyu Kempo Karate
Using the curriculum set forth by Hogan Karate International, Sensei Foskey brings the secrets of the "Art of Karate" to the Dojo in every class. 

Modern Arnis
Arnis is a weapons & empty hand system from the Philippines. The Arnis curriculum taught at Foskey's Martial Arts was designed by Master Bruce Chiu, a direct student of the late Professor Remy Presas. 

Jujitsu Concepts
The Jujitsu concepts taught at the Academy are actually derived from Okinawan Tuite (Grappling Hand). Elements of Small Circle and Brazilian techniques are incorporated as well for a well rounded curriculum.
